   Great link Jim, the story is still out on the unintended consequences of inflating a deflating economy and monetizing of huge debt. Some predict huge inflation and some do not. I lean toward inflation, have you been food shopping lately? Is gold really worth almost $1000 an ounce or is the dollar so devalued that to purchase gold no one wants to trade for dollars for less. Once we get through this recession or depression depending upon how you define the word. The best definition I have heard is “If you are out of a job it is a recession! If I am out of a job it is a depression!”.

   Time will tell…..but this country is at a cross road and could lose its status of Number 1 in the world economy to China, India or some other
   country….
