The Greater Erie Industrial Development Corporation, along with the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority, have been authorized to loan Furhman’s Cider Mill $560,000. The low-interest loan will help the owners rebuild the building that was destroyed in a fire started by an adding machine last year.
