Two men have been arrested by Pennsylvania State Police accused of deliberately releasing 18,000 gallons of crude oil into a tributary of the Kinzua Reservoir According to a spokesperson for the Department of Environmental Proitection the men opened the valves on tank batteries in Corydon and Hamilton townships, releasing the oil. The two men are identified as Andrew and Christopher Horton. They are in the McKean County Jail. The oil flowed into the North Fork stream, which flows parallel to Route 321 until joining with the Chapel Fork on its way to Chappel Bay and the Kinzua Reservoir.

“Hey Andrew!”

“Yeah?”

“Hey, lets go down to the crick and release some of dat dare oil into the crick!”

“Yeehaw!  That sounds like a good time!”
