The entire content of Judge William Cunningham’s Statement of Sentencing Rationale in the case of Teri Rhodes can be found here.   I am sure we have not heard the last complaints from DA Brad Foulk or Atty.  Philip Friedman.  However, the entire case is summarized and explained in detail in the judge’s statement, including a very eye-opening explanation of the facts of the case.  I find it to be a revealing look into what actually transpired, as opposed to what we were led to believe by the publicized information in the case.
